I am particularly excited to run small classes for Clinic 51 at the Black Barn, tailoring the exercises around issues commonly encountered during peri and post-menopause. This includes focus on pelvic floor function, weight bearing and resistance exercises for bone health and body strength, and also elements of mindfulness, breathwork and relaxation for managing fatigue, anxiety and stress.'
Eliza is a mother of four children and works as a Physiotherapist for the NHS alongside teaching Pilates classes in the local area.
