Repeat Prescriptions

If you are already a Clinic51 patient, and would like to request a repeat prescription, please complete the form on this page. An annual consultation is required, if you would like us to provide HRT on an on-going basis.

All prescriptions are for 3 months supply. If you need more please let us know in the comments box.

If we have prescribed you testosterone, an initial blood test is required after three to six months, followed by an annual review and bloods.

Please note that our annual charge for processing repeat prescriptions is £35. If we hold card details for you, this will be processed automatically - otherwise you will be invoiced. This is our charge for preparing the prescription, and doesn’t include the cost of HRT and postage, if applicable. You will pay this directly to the chemist. There is no charge if you request a prescription between your initial consultation and follow up appointment.

It can take up to a week for your prescription to be processed - so please let us know in the comments box if it is more urgent than this.

Please be aware that HRT can be subject to supply issues. We are given regular stock updates from both our partner pharmacies but sometimes if a product is unavailable, we may need to use a different chemist, or temporarily swap you to an alternative.

There are current issues with the supply of Tostran.

There are current issues with the supply of Tostran. We would advise the alternative of Testogel sachets, 1/8 of a sachet a day (approx the same cost as Tostran, a box last 8 months) or Androfeme 0.5mls a day (private prescription only £100 for 50mls tube, last 3 months). If your prescription goes to Cordons they will discuss the alternatives with you, if not please put your preference in the comments box
