Laura is the founder of Be.Modern Meditation and creator of the Be. Mindful Mindset™️ framework. She uses a potent combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Meditation, Mindfulness, and Self-compassion practices so you can feel better and thrive.
Laura will be bringing the Be. Mindful Mindset™️ programme to Clinic 51, working 1:1 and delivering group courses and experiences. Her CBT and mindfulness-based approach helps midlife women to build resilience, calm and purpose. This is supported with Laura’s app-based Be.Modern Meditation platform and community that brings personalised and tailored resources to help participants to take in-session insights into everyday life.

Laura is navigating her own peri-menopause transition, and brings a wealth and depth of empathy and experience to complement her therapeutic skills and support. She lives in Hampshire with her husband and two teens, plus her crazy dog Milky and (the boss of it all) Daisy the cat.
